CFAAC seeks nominations for Celebration of Philanthropy Awards 🏆

You gotta love the word philanthropy because it’s a big, fancy word for doing good in the community — and doing good in the community is the kind of thing that deserves a big, fancy word to describe it. It also deserves an award. So if you know someone you would describe as a philanthropist, the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County wants to hear from you. They’re seeking nominations for their Celebration of Philanthropy Awards through July 10 at 4 PM.

The 8 award categories include:

✅ Philanthropist of the Year
✅ Corporate Philanthropist of the Year
✅ Volunteer of the Year
✅ Young Volunteer of the Year
✅ Boots on the Ground
✅ Carroll H. Hynson, Jr. Award for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Philanthropy
✅ Carol Thompson Lifetime Achievement Award
✅ Legacy Award for Planned Giving

Honorees will be recognized on October 29. Learn more and submit a nomination.
