Director of Philanthropic Resources

Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County is a small, mighty, and fast-growing organization known for high-quality donor service, trusted community partnerships, and thoughtful philanthropic advising. The Director of Philanthropic Resources (DPR) plays a central role in that growth, advancing major gift strategies, building strong relationships with donors and professional advisors, and helping ensure charitable resources align with the community’s most pressing needs. Working alongside a dedicated team, the DPR deepens donor engagement and supports lasting philanthropic outcomes that improve quality of life for all Anne Arundel County residents.
