FOUNDATION NEWS

A Message From our President & CEO

Even during the hazy, lazy days of summer, CFAAC is busy making things happen. Our Celebration of Philanthropy nominations are now open and two grant cycles will open on July 18: Environment Anne Arundel Fund and Women and Girls Fund. And, if you haven’t read through our 2021 Annual Report yet, be sure to review it here.

As you know, CFAAC plays a critical role in Anne Arundel County by increasing philanthropic giving, often partnering with donors to support their decision-making as they allocate their charitable funds to make the most impact in our community. We are always grateful to you, our friends, who help us extend our reach by sharing what you know about CFAAC and serving as an ambassador of the work that we do. Being a person who is connected to CFAAC, you are uniquely qualified to help us lead change, grow endowment dollars meant to support the community in perpetuity, and make a difference in Anne Arundel County in countless ways. Recommending us to your friends and colleagues who are philanthropically inclined will help us strengthen our county. By generating awareness of CFAAC’s mission, you can help us build relationships and partnerships with businesses, organizations, and prospective donors. As an ambassador of our critical work, you can help others better understand the benefits of giving through CFAAC and deepen our community impact now and in the future.

Thank you for your continued support,

Mary Spencer
CFAAC President & CEO
