For Students

Scholarships

Scholarship Funds help deserving students pursue their academic goals. These funds can support students at any education level, from preschool to postgraduate studies, and can be tailored to specific fields of study or other eligibility criteria.

Consider applying for one of the CFAAC administered scholarships listed below to access these opportunities and receive financial assistance tailored to your educational needs:

Establishing a Scholarship Fund

Donors can establish a scholarship fund with various options. They can define the level of education, such as high school or college, and specify the field of study. Additionally, donors can set specific guidelines for the advisory committee, the school, and the award process.

IRS Regulations

When creating a scholarship fund, certain IRS regulations must be observed. Funds cannot be established with a specific recipient in mind, and donors cannot constitute the majority of the review and selection committee.

Benefits for Donors

By working with CFAAC, donors can customize scholarship requirements based on field of study, financial need, and education level. Furthermore, funds can be named in memory or honor of a loved one.

Establishing a scholarship fund is a meaningful way to help students achieve their academic dreams while also honoring those you care about.
