South County is a proud, close-knit rural community of Anne Arundel County where schools, faith communities, civic groups, and local nonprofits – large and small – show up for families in neighborhoods which County services don’t often reach. This local presence matters, given real challenges like limited transportation, healthcare, and grocery access, which can leave lower-income families and youth isolated and disconnected.
With your support, we can continue to invest in the school- and community-based initiatives that keep South County’s youth grounded, supported, and headed toward a strong future. Your contribution can make a direct impact on the students and neighborhoods of South County, where schools, faith communities, civic groups, and local nonprofits work together to reach young people that county services don’t often reach. Your donation can help reduce the barriers, including limited transportation, healthcare access, and food insecurity, that leave vulnerable youth isolated and disconnected. Together, we can work to provide every young person in South County with the resources and support they need to thrive.
