CFAAC is pleased to present the 2022 Community Needs Assessment, Poverty Amidst Plenty VII: Moving Forward Together, to the residents of Anne Arundel County. The purpose of this report is to provide an overview of the issues in Anne Arundel County that impact the economy and quality of life.

Poverty Amidst Plenty

The CFAAC Community Needs Assessment is intended to increase knowledge and awareness and to frame informed discussions about persistent local trends and needs. It is both a tool and a call to action—designed to support those committed to continuous improvement in their efforts to strengthen Anne Arundel County.

Nonprofits, community advocates, the faith community, volunteers, business leaders, elected officials, policymakers, government agencies, foundations, individual philanthropists, professional advisors, and others can use this report to identify priorities, shape strategies, and develop implementation plans with measurable goals that benefit everyone in the county.

CFAAC provides the Community Needs Assessment at no cost to our community as a trusted, objective resource for data-informed decision making. Consider supporting the cost of the needs assessment with a gift to CFAAC. Please include “needs assessments” in the notes to ensure your contribution is allocated appropriately.

Printed copies of the 2022 report are available for pick-up at our office. The first hard copy is free; additional copies are $18 each. There is no limit to digital downloads.
