About the Organization

The Deerbrook Fund is a Donor Advised Fund held at the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County, established in 2022 to offer a flexible and personalized approach to charitable giving for its advisor(s).

The fund allows the advisors to recommend grants to nonprofit organizations of their choosing, directing financial support to the causes they are most passionate about. It provides the convenience of making charitable donations over time while also allowing the fund's assets to grow through investment. This structure enables the fund’s advisors to support a wide range of philanthropic interests while maintaining a strategic, tax-efficient approach to their giving.
