With more than 40 years in estate and business planning, Rich is highly regarded in his field and in the community for his commitment to charitable causes. He is an extraordinary partner in charitable endeavors, offering expertise and advice and working countless hours to ensure that our county will thrive. Rich is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is a Past Chair of the Section Council of the Maryland Bar Association Section on Estate and Trust Law and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association Estate and Trust Law Section. He is a member of the State Bar Association’s Section on Elder Law and Disability Rights, an Annapolis Rotary Club member, an advisor to the Annapolis Rotary Club Foundation and Wellness House, and co-founder and an emeritus executive committee member of the Anne Arundel Estate Plannning Council (AAEPC).
