Frank Campbell, J.D., LL.M., is a Managing Attorney with Sims & Campbell. He is well-known for his charitable heart and willingness to help with anything that will advance our county, often bringing his family to help with community volunteer activities. One of Frank’s greatest strengths is ensuring that important connections are made to improve people’s lives. One of those important connections is his relationship with the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County.

Frank focuses in the areas of Estate Planning and Administration. Frank began his legal career as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps. He serves on the board of the Anne Arundel Community College Foundation, the YWCA of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County, and the Anne Arundel Medical Center Foundation. He is a former Chair of the Estates and Trusts Committee of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.
