Ashley holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University. She has a strong background working with small government contractors, where she managed in-house accounting and led the implementation and clean-up of accounting systems.

Ashley began her career at the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County with one son, took a hiatus after her second son needed a more consistent routine due to a heart condition, and has since welcomed a third son to the family. She has returned to CFAAC, where she supports general accounting functions, assisting with day-to-day financial operations and helping ensure accurate and efficient financial processes across the organization.

She now homeschools her oldest son, who is in first grade, and is married to her husband, whom she met ten years ago. Recently, Ashley purchased a 20-foot travel trailer and enjoys overnight adventures with her boys, exploring new places throughout the DMV area. Being outdoors is her favorite place to be.
