Assistant General Counsel, Tate Automotive Companies

Amy serves as General Counsel for Tate Automotive Companies, focusing her practice on personnel, real estate, civic engagement, and daily operations. Her legal experience includes three terms as Legislative Counsel for Anne Arundel County, private legal practice, as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore City in the Felony Trial Division, and as Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph P. Manck of Anne Arundel County. Amy also worked in the charitable giving and regulation field with the Office of the Secretary of State, nonprofit organizations in Maryland, and the District of Columbia. 

Amy is a Board Member of the Arts Council for Anne Arundel County. She volunteers with St. Martin’s in the Field Episcopal Church in Severna Park, and as parent volunteer for school and Boy Scout activities.
