Director of the Office of Hispanic/Latino and Multicultural Resources

Alison Flores joined Anne Arundel County Government after serving as the Deputy Director for the Prince George’s County Office of Community Relations. She is a professional in communications, public relations, and governmental affairs, and is dedicated to ensuring political, social, and economic inclusion of diverse communities.

Alison previously served as the Latino Affairs Liaison with the Prince George’s County Executive, where she was responsible for engaging the Latino community and working with key stakeholders to ensure that Latino residents have access to government services and programs. Alison holds a Sociology degree from Catholic University of America in Washington DC.
