This Designated Endowed Fund was established in 2014 to support education programs provided by the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company (CSC). The mission of this Chesapeake Shakespeare Company is to bring great classic theatre to Baltimore, Howard County, the state of Maryland, and beyond. CSC offer performances of Shakespeare and other plays of classic stature that are unforgettable and create experiences that are engaging and exciting, challenging and innovative. They perform without curtains and without barriers in settings that are both beautiful and informal and CSC is proud to bring a Baltimore flavor to their work. As a dynamic educational resource, they introduce Shakespeare to school children with vigorous, relevant programming.
