Frank is well-known for his charitable heart and willingness to help with anything that will advance our county, often bringing his family to help with community volunteer activities. One of Frank’s greatest strengths is ensuring that important connections are made to improve people’s lives. Frank focuses in the areas of Estate Planning and Administration and has served as and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association. Frank began his legal career as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps. He serves on the board of the Anne Arundel Community College Foundation, serves as the Chairman of the Anne Arundel Medical Center Charitable Gift Planning Advisory Committee, and is a former Chair of the Estates and Trusts Committee of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.
