About the Organization
This CFAAC Nonprofit Agency Designated Fund was established to provide income and long-term financial protection for the operations of the Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation (AAWDC). AAWDC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, delivers innovative and high-quality workforce development services to both businesses and residents in Anne Arundel County. As a bridge between local and regional businesses' workforce needs and individuals seeking to reach their full career potential, AAWDC helps align talent development with market demands.
This designated fund was established during CFAAC's 25th Anniversary endowment initiative to help nonprofits create a lasting endowment for perpetual support of their mission. Your donation will help this nonprofit reach the $25,000 threshold required for endowment, allowing them to receive annual distributions to their operating budget in perpetuity.
