About the Organization
Established in 2014 through a generous bequest by Sylvia Meisenberg, this CFAAC Designated Endowed Memorial Fund supports the Adult Literacy Program at the Arundel House of Hope (AHOH). AHOH’s mission is to provide emergency, transitional, and permanent affordable housing for individuals experiencing poverty and homelessness in Anne Arundel County, along with comprehensive support services delivered in a professional, dignified, supportive, and respectful manner.
The purpose of this fund is to enhance the Adult Literacy Program as it fulfills AHOH's mission, enabling continued support for literacy initiatives that empower individuals in our community.
