About the Speaker
Rob Levit is a nonprofit, organizational, and leadership development consultant who has collaborated with multiple nonprofit organizations to reach their potential and maximize their impact. He is known for his inclusive, creative, and highly interactive approach to strategic planning, retreats, meetings, and consulting engagements.
Rob previously served as the executive director of Creating Communities, an innovative nonprofit that provided arts programs to Title I schools and public housing communities. His work has been recognized with the Martin Luther King Peacemaker Award, Innovator of the Year Award, and the Excellence in Arts Leadership Award, among other honors.
Rob brings a rigorous, disciplined approach to nonprofit consulting balanced with creativity, humor, and authenticity that fosters psychological safety, inclusion, and productivity. His expertise includes strategic planning, board governance, fundraising from mission, leadership development, and conflict resolution.
