Ms. Pratt has significant experience with closely held business interests, S-Corporations, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, split-interest trusts, life insurance planning and estate freeze transactions. Ms. Pratt also has extensive experience with the preparation of estate and gift tax returns.   Ms. Pratt assists clients in the negotiation and preparation of Pre-Marital Agreements and Post-Marital Agreements.

Ms. Pratt also represents trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries in the administration of trusts and estates, including the litigation and settlement of disputes between trustees and beneficiaries, and representing the fiduciaries before the Internal Revenue Service in the audit process regarding valuation discounts and other estate and gift tax issues.
