SUMMARY:Endowment Building Refresh: Reaching Your Goal!
DESCRIPTION:Endowments can help your organization be less vulnerable to funding shifts and turnover\, but organizations can struggle with capacity\, donor pipelines\, and board buy-in to the concept. This workshop addresses those barriers and offers support for building sustainable endowment strategies. \nThis workshop is about action. After an endowment basics refresh\, participants will join up to two small group tactical planning sessions focused on: \n\nPromoting Your Endowment: Crafting and communicating a compelling case for legacy giving.\nBuilding a Donor Pipeline: Identifying and cultivating the donors most likely to support long-term sustainability efforts.\nEndowment Growth in Smaller Organizations: Practical\, low-cost frameworks that do not require dedicated planned giving staff.\n\nWorkshop Trainers: \n\nBarb Kappel\, Non-Profit Advisor and Fundraising Coach\nElizabeth Somerset\, Development Director\, Fort Meade Alliance Foundation\nJohn Rodenhausen\, President & CEO\, Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County\n\nREGISTER HERE \nRegistration is limited to 30 participants.
