Rosemary Calderalo, Ph.D.

Gift Planning Consultant

Rosemary assists in the cultivating and stewarding relationships with current and prospective donors, as well as professional advisors, including members of the Anne Arundel Estate Planning Council (AAEPC). She assists them with trusts, estate planning, and other deferred gifts to help their clients achieve a lasting philanthropic legacy in the community.

Rosemary brings a wealth of community foundation experience to CFAAC. She recently served as the Director of Planned Giving for the Baltimore Community Foundation (BCF) where she helped successfully raise more than $100 million in their Campaign for Baltimore. While at BCF, she led the organization's planned giving relationship management and stewardship program as well as their gift planning advisement, consultation, and execution with area professional advisors and planned giving donors. Rosemary‘s additional experience includes work with the National Boys and Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, and the American Red Cross. 

Rosemary has been a member of the Chesapeake Planned Giving Council for the past seven years, serving as vice president from  2017-2021, and is a member of Association Fundraising Professionals since 2008. She was CFAAC's featured Planned Giving webinar presenter last year. Rosemary holds a Ph.D. in Adult Education from Syracuse University and also completed the Harvard University Executive Program. She lives in northern Anne Arundel County. Rosemary joined CFAAC in September 2021.
