Kelli Williams joined CFAAC in 2022 as a part-time Philanthropic Services Coordinator. In this position, Kelli provides program and administrative support for CFAAC including administrative assistance to the President and CEO, scheduling meetings and coordinating meeting logistics, and managing the Board of Trustees meetings. She also works with the Director of Development and the Director of Finance and Operations to maintain a well-organized donor management system.

Prior to CFAAC, she was employed as the Program Director with Encore Creativity for more than six years where she organized and coordinated office operations and procedures as well as organizing all events, camps, and trips. Prior to Encore, she worked as an administrative assistant for Advanced Government Solutions and held a variety of administrative positions at Calvert Memorial Hospital. Before that, Kelli was a procurement specialist with the Supercomputing Research Center where she held Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Kelli is a graduate of the College of Southern Maryland and currently lives with her husband in Calvert County. She has two children; a son in Colorado, and a daughter in  Australia. Kelli enjoys horseback riding, boating, golf, cycling, tennis, hiking, and traveling.
